To get started you will have to create an account by clicking on the button below and filling in your details including your company name. Yoono is not available for an individual only. You have to be part of a company to run reports on someone.

Once you have created an account you will need to buy some credits to run reports. Each credit is £9.99 plus VAT and you can buy as many or as few as you wish. After your account is created you will be directed to a dashboard where you will be able to buy credits. The dashboard will tell you how many reports have been run and for whom so that you have an audit trail. Once you are up and running it will also tell you how many credits you have purchased and how many you have left. The dashboard will not store any data other than the names of the individuals that you have run reports on. We currently use PayPal to manage the transactions.

Once you have purchased some credits you will be able to run a report. Simply click the generate form button in the top left hand corner and this will take you to the search form. Follow the simple instructions and you will be on your way to running your first report.
